Basic Terms & Conditions for participation in the event For both categories:

 

  1. Setup & Timing
  2. Stall setup and banner installation must be completed by ‘Time’, on ‘Date’.
  3. No last-minute setups will be allowed on the day of the event.

  5. 2. Content Approval
  6. All promotional content (digital or printed) must be approved in advance by our organizing team.
  7. No offensive, misleading, or competitor-targeted content will be allowed.
  8.  
  9. 3. Restrictions 
  10. Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute any items unless pre-approved.
  11. No amplified sound or noise announcements unless specifically agreed upon.
  12.  
  13. 4. Responsibilities
  14. Vendors are responsible for managing their own materials, staff, and equipment.
  15. The organizing team is not liable for any damage or loss of promotional materials.

  17. 5. Agreement
  18. By participating in this event, you agree to abide by all the terms and cooperate with our event management team.

  20. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  21. The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues). In such cases, alternate dates or refunds may be offered.

  24. Use of eco-friendly materials for displays or giveaways will be given preference.
