Project Start Deadline — Project must start on or before 31st December 2026. Else booking amount will be forfeited.

Non-Refundable — Booking amount is non-refundable once paid.

Final Pricing — Subject to site inspection & approved design + BOQ.

Scope Changes — Any changes after agreement will be charged extra.
